This is the first mod i made for TESIII:Morrowind. Simple yet i always use it while playing morrowind.
What this mod gives: Complete Magicka Regeneration in 2 hours game time, approximately 4 minutes real time, pretty fast but not fast enough for extensive boss battle. Stunted magicka bearer excluded from being able to regenerate their magicka.
It does not replace magicka regeneration while sleeping though, so it still need longer time to replenish magicka by sleeping.
Improvement planned: None.
